A four day foundation workshop in Zenthai Shiatsu facilitated by Sally Meredith and Yuta Takahara with a team of Support teachers/assistants in Beaconsfield, South East of Melbourne CBD.

Includes Zenthai Manual, instructional video, morning tea, and dynamic morning yoga sessions, all course teachings.
What encompasses Zenthai Shiatsu?
Yoga asana, Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage, and osteopathic technique, integrated and weaved together with mindfulness at the core.
In learning a full 90-minute body work sequence, you’ll be introduced to practical tools and gain valuable knowledge on structural and energetic therapy. For the entire four days you’ll receive and practice technique, also cultivating inner awareness, a deepened sense of touch and enrichment of conscious community.
An excellent introduction to Zenthai bodywork, and an opportunity to see if you’d like to pursue deeper learning in this modality.

The four days will be facilitated by Sally and Yuta.
Thursday 28th - Sunday 31st March, 2024, 830am-430pm each day.
Venue is in our Shed Dojo in Beaconsfield (about 50mins South East of Melbourne CBD)
Morning tea refreshments are included (herbal teas and fresh fruit)
BYO lunch - there is a communal kitchen onsite.

We highly encourage you to create spaciousness in your evenings during the immersion, to support yourself in absorbing the content and honouring the transformation that takes place.

*The level one workshop is a prerequisite to the Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist Training Program offered across Australia.
