Meet your facilitators and hosts:

Sally Meredith
Sally deeply values the importance of cultivating a friendliness and kindness that begins within our relationship toward ourselves. This is one of the greatest gifts she has received from the yogic path. Being intrigued by the experiential anatomy of our bodies and timeless yogic concepts, Sally's offerings will guide you on a poetic journey with your breath, body and heart. Sally is a Yoga teacher, dancer, massage therapist and sacred activist. For the last few years, Sally has been learning from and working alongside her teacher, mentor and dear friend Gwyn Williams in the art of Zenthai Shiatsu. She looks forward to bringing the lens of Chinese Medicine into her offerings during this retreat, Looking at how we can explore, apply and embody the 5 elements of Chinese Medicine in yoga poses, diet and lifestyle choice, self care, the rhythm of our cycles as women, and the seasons of nature.

She says: "As we learn how to be at home in our own body and being, there is no way of escaping the deep "connectedness" and harmony that occurs in our relationships with the natural world outside of us. We are in fact nature."

Liarna Conder
Liarna is most passionate about creating nurturing and supportive environments for people to explore and attune to the innate wisdom of the body through dance and the healing arts practices. She is particularly dedicated to working with trauma that has locked in the body and relational field; thus showing up through the narrative and creating disharmony in ones life. She loves working with dance and movement as tools to share the story and acknowledge what is there in order to bring a greater sense of balance and harmony through the body and life experience. Liarna also works with the Art2Healing organization which is an organization that works with women in Nepal whom have survived sex slavery and exploitation. The projects works with art therapy and yoga to support these women to connect with their bodies in an empowered way; to honour their womanhood and love and respect themselves wholeheartedly. Liarna is very much looking forward to coming together with sisters in this sacred retreat space. She believes that the power of coming together; to see, hear, acknowledge and share is something that cant be put into words.. A power that is truly shifting humanity at this time.

Liarna run her own business “Rhythm and Resonance” where she offers holistic counseling, breath work, ceremonial dance journeys and somatic based practices.

Great mystery,
teach me how to trust my heart.
My mind.
My intuition.
My inner knowing.
The senses of my body.
The blessings of my spirit.
Teach me to trust these things.
So that I may enter my Sacred Space.
And love beyond fear.
And thus walk in balance.
With the passing of each glorious sun.

~Lakota Prayer

We look forward to sharing with you on retreat.

With love,
Sally, Liarna and Lau
